01

Company Analysis

We start by understanding your business from the inside: your goals, your positioning, your product and the story only you can tell. This becomes the foundation every later decision is measured against.

02

Market Analysis

We study the market you operate in: its size, its trends and where the real opportunity for growth sits. This tells us where your budget will work hardest.

03

Competition Analysis

We map what your competitors are doing across channels, spend and messaging, so your strategy is built to win a specific, contested market rather than a generic one.

04

Digital Marketing Strategy

Company, market and competition analysis come together into one plan: a channel mix, a budget allocation and a target return that every following step is built to hit.

05

Social Media Marketing

Content Creation, Graphic Designing, Videography, Photography and Influencer Marketing come together to build a platform native presence and a community that actually converts.

06

Web Design and Development

A fast, conversion focused website and landing page system, built with Automated Mailing and Sales Funnels so a visitor can become a lead and a lead can become a customer without manual follow up.

07

Technical and content SEO that gets your business found on Google organically, compounding into a channel that keeps generating revenue long after a campaign ends.

08

Google and Meta Ads

Search, Shopping, Display and Social campaigns across Google and Meta, engineered around a target cost per acquisition and reported on transparently.

09

Performance Analysis and Strategy Modification

We track every channel in GA4, report on what's working and reallocate budget away from what isn't, so the plan keeps improving instead of running on autopilot.

Marketing Campaign Timeline: What Happens, And When

The nine steps are not nine equal blocks of time. Research front-loads, build happens once, and measurement never stops. Here is roughly how an engagement unfolds.

Weeks one to three: research and strategy

Steps one through four run back to back. We work through your company, your market and your competition, then converge on a single strategy document containing the channel mix, the budget allocation and the target return. Nothing is launched during this window, and that is deliberate: the most expensive marketing mistakes are made by campaigns that started before anyone agreed what success would look like.

Weeks three to eight: build

Steps five and six overlap. Creative production, social foundations, web development and funnel automation happen in parallel because they depend on each other. If your site or landing pages need work, this is when it happens, before media spend starts pointing traffic at pages that cannot convert it.

Week six onward: launch and learn

Paid campaigns go live once tracking is verified in GA4. The first three to four weeks are a learning period in every sense: platform algorithms are gathering conversion data, creative variants are being tested and audiences are still narrowing. Performance in this window is diagnostic, not a verdict.

Month four to six: organic starts to contribute

SEO runs from early in the engagement but reports late. Technical improvements register within weeks, while content and authority building typically produce meaningful organic movement between month four and month six, compounding from there. Paid media carries the volume in the meantime, which is why we rarely recommend running one without the other.

Ongoing: the loop that does not close

Step nine is continuous. Budget moves toward what converts and away from what does not, creative gets refreshed before fatigue sets in, and the strategy document from week three gets revised rather than filed. An engagement that looks identical in month nine to how it looked in month one is not a stable strategy, it is an unmanaged one.
